Background & Brand Style

Mobile Vet Clinics may be helpful for people who are not able to make it into a traditional vet clinic due to reasons such as time constraints, disability, or pet comfort. People see pets as a part of their family and want to ensure they can have the most comfortable life possible, and staying on top of vet care if one of the ways to do this. However, many people do not often interact with their veterinarians, often putting off treatment because of

the time it would take or the limited access they have. By using a mobile vet clinic users are able to ensure the health of their pet and stay up to date on the needs of their family members by tracking prescriptions, medical records, or even asking questions to see if their pet needs medical interventions.

Amanda

After a long day at work Amanda, a 42 year old Human Resources Manager returns home to her 7 year old dog Luna and her 2 year old cat Daisy. Her dog Luna, a 7 year old German Shepherd, was diagnosed with kidney disease earlier in the year and needs medication, a special diet, and IV fluid infusions once a week. Amanda is very busy and does not have the ability to take time off of work to bring Luna into the vet once a week, so she uses the mobile vet app and schedules recurring visits once a week so that Luna can get her IV infusions done at home in an environment where she feels comfortable. Amanda also uses the app to keep track of medical information for her cat, Daisy, who is young and in good health. For Daisy, Sarah just needs to be able to stay up to date on her flea medicine and vaccinations.

Sarah

Sarah is a 26 year old who works from home as a Social Media Consultant. Sarah was in a car accident and became paralyzed, so now she has Max, a four year old Labrador Retriever service dog who helps her out with basic everyday tasks. As she was having lunch Sarah noticed that Max was scratching and biting at his skin, and upon further inspection she saw that he had a rash. It can be difficult for Sarah to take Max to the vet on her own, so she opts to use a mobile vet app to make things easier for her and her dog. Sarah is able to book an appointment for Max and video chat with a vet to address her concerns. The vet diagnoses Max with allergies, and assigns a treatment plan which includes allergy medication and an ointment until the rash subsides. Sarah is able to access the information the vet provided and see the medications that were recommended and get them delivered to her house, providing her with a hassle free vet care experience.

Mark

Mark is a 35 year old Software Developer who often works long hours. Mark has a 10 year old cat named Beast, who is in relatively good health. Mark often struggles to stay up to date with Beast’s vet appointments, putting them off because he isn't able to make it to the vet clinic during their normal hours. One evening after Mark finishes work he notices that Beast is unusually lethargic, isnt eating and has been hiding more than usual. Instead of stressing over whether he should make a vet appointment, John opens the mobile vet app, where he can quickly get a telemedicine consultation with a vet. The vet asks a few follow-up questions about Dexter’s behavior, then suggests a few possible causes, including a mild stomach upset or an early sign of arthritis, which can be common in older cats. The app automatically logs the consultation and updates Beast’s health records. Mark observes Beast for a few days and he seems to do better, but Mark still makes sure to adding in new supplements to his diet which he orders through the vet's office.
